The project team will design a digitalized and streamlined supply chain management system The design phase will also involve the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project.
Development & Testing Phase
The development phase involves implementation and training of the digitized supply chain management system and stakeholders. The testing phase involves a pilot project to test new system in real-world scenario.
Deployment Phase
The deployment phase will involve the rollout of the new system across the entire supply chain network. The deployment phase will also involve the monitoring and evaluation of the new system to ensure that it is functioning as intended.
